If your GYG Delivery order has been cancelled please get in touch with Uber Support through the GYG App or website. You can do this in one of two ways:
Accessing support via the GYG App
1. Navigate to the ‘current orders’ section on the GYG App home screen and click on your order.
2. Select ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner of the ‘Delivery by Uber’ screen.
3. Choose ‘Message Support’ – from here you can speak with the Uber Support team about your live order.
OR
Accessing support via the SMS (recommended for 'web' orders)
1. Grab your mobile and open the SMS about your GYG Delivery order.
2. Click the order tracking link SMS which will open an order status screen.
3. Select ‘Message Support’ – from here you can speak with the Uber Support team about your live order.
