Sorry to hear you ordered to the wrong restaurant!
Our App asks for confirmation of the location at various points throughout the ordering process.
When tapping "order" the App will ask you to select a restaurant, with the closest locations listed according to the GPS. After you select the location, we show all the details of the restaurants location, including the full address and a map, before you confirm the location.
When adding items to your cart the confirmed restaurant location will always show at the top of your screen, please see screenshot below. This can be changed at any point during the ordering process.
Lastly, during checkout the confirmed location is again presented and can be still be changed, please see screenshot below.
Unfortunately the only way to cancel an order with us is by contacting the store directly to ensure there is no food wastage etc.
